Returns & Exchanges:  

Not satisfied? We offer a 14-day return window for unused, unaltered items in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.  

Note: Customized or personalized items (like initials) cannot be returned or exchanged.  

To process a return, we’ll need proof of purchase. Refunds may be reduced or denied if the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components not caused by us.  

Our Promise to You:  

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Every John Dillip product comes with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If something goes wrong under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it. If the original item is no longer available, you’ll receive store credit for its value.  

This warranty covers manufacturing flaws—not wear and tear, neglect, or misuse (like using your wallet as a frisbee!). To claim it, we may need to verify your original purchase.
